How to preserve flowers?

Choose fresh, unblemished blooms and remove damaged leaves before preserving them. Air drying suits sturdy flowers, while silica gel better retains the shape of delicate blooms. Keep the finished flowers away from humidity, direct sun, and water, which can fade colours or encourage mould.
